Shooting at Baptist Bible College, Springfield, MO
A gun-free Christian college shooting incident happened at Baptist Bible College on Thursday evening. Police say a woman began firing at her estranged husband just outside a dormitory. How dare this women bring a firearm into a gun-free campus where all the students are unarmed! Maybe Baptist Bible College should post a huge ‘No Guns Allowed’ sign so it won’t happen next time!

We’re not saying that if BBC allowed law-abiding students to carry firearms, that this event wouldn’t have happened; but if the women choose to go ballistic on the campus students, it certainly would have helped to have someone carrying a gun. At least Evangel University, another Christian college in town, allows their security personnel to carry firearms. Doing this one simple step makes EU a safer campus in our book than BBC, Central Bible College (CBC), Drury University, or any other Christian campus in town. Though Evangel might get an ‘F’ according to the Brady campaign, they get a solid ‘B’ in our book! (would have been an ‘A’, but students can’t carry yet)
